Account Tools
Inside the My Account area every player can:
- Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit.
- Set a loss limit that pauses play once losses reach the chosen amount.
- Activate reality checks to receive a session pop-up every 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
- Take a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Self-exclude for periods between six months and five years.
All limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply.
Warning Signs
A few questions to ask after each session:
- Was the session longer than planned?
- Did the budget creep above the original deposit?
- Did play continue in an attempt to chase losses?
- Did the spin feel like an escape from something else?
