These terms set out the agreement between Winderland Limited and the players who hold an account on winderland.co.uk. By opening an account a player accepts these terms in full.
Eligibility
Accounts are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Anyone listed on GAMSTOP cannot register or play.
Welcome Bonus
The welcome package applies across the first three deposits, with a maximum bonus value of £7,000. Bonus and deposit must be wagered 35 times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Slots contribute 100% to wagering, table games and live casino contribute 10%, and selected jackpot slots are excluded. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is £5 per spin or hand.
Free Spins
The 25 free spins are credited on Wonder Reels at £0.20 each and must be used within seven days of the welcome match being claimed. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and follow the same wagering rules as the headline bonus.
Cashback
Cashback applies to weekly net losses on real-money play and is paid every Monday by 09:00 BST. The minimum cashback payout is £1 and the maximum is £500 per week.
Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal at any time. Identity verification documents may be requested before the first withdrawal in line with the licence conditions issued by the UK Gambling Commission.
Closure
Players can close an account at any time from the dashboard, by live chat or by emailing support@winderland.co.uk. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original payment method.
